Slow download speed xr500

When I started I had the XR500 directly connected to my ont was getting around 95 down and up which is about 1/3 of what I pay for. So I hooked my gateway back to the ont and the gateway to the XR500 ...

Hi Amar, have you set the speeds you expect in the Anti-Bufferbloat options? What is your exact physical setup?

Anti-bufferbloat is always and yes everything is on. 

I'm not sure as I just got my xr500

    Are you using a modem/router? Is it connected directly to the XR? Are ALL devices connected to the XR or are some connected to the modem/router?

      modem that is connected to my router 

      all devices are connected to my xr 

      im just not sure what is causing this to happen

        In the Device Manager click the 3 line icon in the top left of the panel, switch to the table view. What do the link speeds say for the WAN/Internet and LAN ports?
