Make sure you upstream device is a modem only or a modem/router configured in bridge mode.
When you add new pieces to your LAN, you need to power down all of the devices (pull the power cord) and then power them up sequentially so they can connect and work with each other. Power up the modem first, wait for it to fully boot and stabilize, then the XR1000, wait for it to fully boot and stabilize. Then power up the remaining devices.

What is the brand name and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that is connected upstream of your XR1000?
Have you installed the Netgear application on your phone and tested the throughput capacity from your internet connection to the router? If yes, what were the results? If no, it would give you another data point.
- GUNZZ72Mar 20, 2023AspirantThe brand name and model number of my modem is the NETGEAR nighthawk cm1200 and yes I ran test through app on phone and got almost 400 download and 23 upload. But like I said xbox is showing ranges from 200-250 per test and it’s hard wired
- GUNZZ72Mar 20, 2023AspirantAfter reading online I turned off “goodput” and disabled qos and that seems to of bumped my Xbox download speed up to about 350mbps
