Slow speeds via XR300

I'm having slow speeds on my Netgear Nighthawk XR300. I'm on a 750 down 200 up connection. When my service was first installed the other day I was getting my full 750 down via router. Today I'm at 110-200 depending on which speedtest I use. I've bypassed the router completely and plugged directly into my Nokia ONT and get my full speeds there isolated the issue to just my router. I've tried disabling QoS and IPv6 and still nothing. Wireless speeds also hover right around 110 and I was getting 300 wirelessly previously.
