slow wired and wifi speed and lan cable not connceted XR500
my xr500 gaming lose connection and a whole lot of lag i have 400 mbps download and 22 upload when i run a speed test plaes help me

1. what modem are you connected to?
2. firmware on the router?
3. What speed to you get hardwired into the router?
4. define lose connection. Do devices say "connected, no internet", does the wifi stop broadcasting, does it simply disconnect and you can't reconnect? we need details of exactly whats happening since we aren't there to see it.
- As well as the above questions, what ping are you getting as shown by the Geo-Filter? Also what game are you playing and on what platform? Do other devices experience disconnects?
The ping on GEO Filter says 28 to 34 im playing call of duty black ops 4 on playstation 4 pro. It spike up to 150 from time to time i dont understand why
- Are those spikes shown on the game ping or on the Geo-Filter? Could you answer the questions plemans asked also please?
