What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Yeah, the 2.4GHz was set to Auto and the 5GHz seems to be set to 44. There

For now, I'm switching the SmartConnect off but might try setting the manual channel next time if I want to try it again
Wifi congestion can be problematic when you have wifi neighbors.
