Could you disable Smart Connect in the WiFi settings please and connect to the 2.4/5GHz WiFi manually and see if they're all able to connect then please?
I have the same problem. Just a few devices can’t see the network. Always the same devices.
- Have they ever been connected at all? You may need to forget the connection on the devices itself and then try to reconnect with the password.
