I'm a bit confused about your setup, you didn't say exactly where your XR500 fits within the Modem/Switch setup.
Is it Modem > Switch
> Switch
> XR500
Or Modem > XR500 > Switch
> Switch
Also in QoS in the Anti-Bufferbloat menu disable QoS fully by selecting the option. Never just disables Anti-Bufferbloat and not the rest of the QoS features.

Ok I’ll remove QOS completely. I didn’t know that part.
As for your question:
Modem—>XR500–>switch

- Netduma-FraserJun 21, 2020NetDuma PartnerThanks for clarifying, has disabling QoS helped at all? The S8000 I believe have their own version of QoS so I would actually recommend disabling these and enabling QoS on the XR instead so you're not using QoS twice.

I disabled it and there was no difference but I then read the DumaOS website for ideas of optimization and it now is at "when high priority traffic detected" and the percentages are both at 70%. I got to about 800 up and down so I'm still missing a little bandwidth but it seems the network pauses have stopped but I'll know come Monday when we are all online at the same time. (5 of us)
I did not think about my s8000 switches so I'll have to check on them to confirm QOS is on and how to completely disable it if it is on. I'll be in touch. Thank you for your tips so far, keep em coming even if you insist on keep QOS disabled on the XR and include some other optimization suggestions.

I would call ATT and tell them to trade out your NVG599...I had the same problem with not getting my 1G with them...read in a ATT message board that the company started changing them out because they are a older model. Tell them you need the BDW210 modem/router ...that helped me get all my speeds back and I now have no problems.
