Steam game fatal error (atlas)

I fatal error when crossing grids in atlas game, i play on a unofficail server, server owner has done everything possible on server side. i have done a complete fresh install of windows. Everyone has come to the conclusion that it has to be my router and connection when crossing grids into other servers, please help

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

    What ISP Speeds UP and Down do you pay for?

     

    Gamng wirless or wired connections?

      Could you provide us with a screenshot of the error you get please? Are you using the Geo-Filter with the game? If so disable that and see if the issue still occurs.
