Still get the pass word loop or the 404 page not found

I'm going through same problem countless hard factory resets and even clearing out all data and etc still get the pass word loop or the 404 page not found 😭

    xV_Focus did you try this that worked for the previous user?
    "It seems that if you click "exit" instead of "next" when you enter your new passwords and security questions, it works and you get to the dashboard."

    What browser are you using? 

    Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the routers web page and also remove any saved PW profiles for the routers web page from the brower as well. Then press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Enter 192.168.1.1 in to the web browser.

    Try using a different PC or laptop as well.
