Submitted support request but no response after 6 days

Hi guys, I submitted a support request about a week ago for an issue I'm having with my XR500 but I have yet to hear anything back.&nbsp; Is this normal?&nbsp; I'm still in the 90-day support window.&nbsp; Does anybody have an email address or phone number I could use to follow up?&nbsp; Thanks.
