This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. (XR500 GAMING ROUTER)

Hi, i would like some edvice on how to fix my dumasOS router, i just isntall the new update and now i just keep getting a error messege saying 

This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. how can i fix this

    Did you do a factory reset after the update? If not that is generally recommended. Otherwise go to the System Information page, click the 3 horizontal line icon on the Rapp panel and change retries to 5. Then reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and it should load.
