unable to access routerlogin.net on ethernet, works on WiFi

Hi,

I am unable to access routerlogin.net on ethernet, i can access the DumaOS page fine on my phone connected through wifi, I have previously been able to access routerlogin.net on my PC with ethernet. 

I have been using chrome and tried clearing cache etc, I have also tried edge and firefox however when I try to access the page to login I am sent to this page: https://www.netgear.com/home/products/networking/routerlogincom.html

I have also tried rebooting the router.

Please could anyone assist?

    Does 192.168.1.1 work? 
    Make sure your PC is getting a IP address from the router correctly. 
    Has the router changed from 192.168.1.1 to something else if you have a router in front of the XR router? It may do this in this configuration to avoid IP collison.

      As above can you access via the LAN IP? If so then you may have an adblock or anti-virus on that PC that may be blocking the routerlogin.net URL.
