Unauthorised xr500

I tried to login on the router via routerlogin.net and without giving me any time to type my password it automatically loads this screen.   Can you please help me fix this?

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button for 15 seconds.  Wait for the router to ready, then log in to 192.168.1.1 using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.

It says I have an ad blocker, but I don’t even have one installed. Don’t really understand.

    What browswer are you using? Try IE11, FireFox or Opera browsers...

      I’m using Chrome Beta (64 bit). I am also using Kaspersky Anti Virus. Could that be interfering with the page having these errors?

        Temporarily disable Kaspersky and see. 

        Does other browsers work?
