upnp error
Hello, I am using netgear xr500. After connecting my Xbox series x console to the router, when I enter the game on Xbox, it shows upnp error, nat type is good, how can I solve this problem, thanks
Yes, I installed it with the new modem, but when I go to the Xbox network connection settings, I still get the upnp error.
Is it a pure modem as in it doesn't have WiFi?
- wifi is working. What settings should I do on the new modem? I keep getting upnp error
- You'll need to put it in passthrough mode or put the XR WAN IP in its DMZ

Upnp is on. I haven't made any other settings on my xr device, what settings should I do?
- Switch NAT to Open in WAN Settings, does that resolve the error?
