Using XR500 and unable to connect to shared PC with file explorer

Ok, I hooked up the MR314 and same error, I also completely uninstalled Bitdefender, liking that security program less and less each day. It blocked me from logging into my modem, sheesh. I'l worry about that leater.

I can remote login several ways

- Could you try disabling IPv6 please and see if it works?

Thank you both for trying to help me with this, I really appreciate it. I have not figured it out but I do believe it is not a router issue, which you two probably knew or guessed already :)
