WAN VLAN Tagging on XR300

Hi,

i got my Nighthawk xr300 recently, my isp require a vlan id tagging on PPPoE connection

do i have connected my router to the ont , goes to Advanced settings > VLAN / Bridge Settings > Enable VLAN / Bridge Setup >

By VLAN tag group > then change the existed vlan id from 10 to 80 (which is my isp require) and still , there is not internet

 Is there anyone who has ran into the same problem I am facing? Thanks.

      yes , PPPoE with my username and password provided by my ISP , connecting the router to my ont but still for unknown reasons , no internet

        Have you select Always On for PPPoE? If not you will definitely need to do that. You may need to reboot now it's connected with the necessary information entered.
