- Aug 08, 2018Thats normal as share excess is enabled which basically means if a device isn't using bandwidth it will give it to another device that needs it. If you disable share excess then it will work as you envisaged.

Ah I see thank you for that but its still wreid when I enable something for download on the other computer (torrent or p2p) it take the priority of my full bandwidth without share excess while I am playing
