Whatever i do i can not get Nat type 1

Ok i was afraid of that, but when i am connected to XR1000 the connection do not show ansignifficant ping increase from 8ms to 9 - 11ms but the feeling out od game is just tragic. I Play EA Fc. The ball bounces and i loose every game. I gonback to open Nat Direct connection i straightly win 6 out of 7 games ( situation from yesterday). There is surely something wrong, do you know what it can be?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
I'd check the ISP service line for good service up to the modem or ONT. Use pingplotter.com with a wired PC connected directly to the back of the modem or ONT. If you find odd issues or high pings here, maybe a ISP service line issue that the ISP will need to take a look at.
Gaming shouldn't be that effected by pings that high. I've gamed with with will over that and have not had any odd issues in gaming sans just bad game play and having to deal with other gamers and gaming platforms. 🙄
Try connecting the console to the ISP modem or ONT directly and see if gaming is different or same. This will be the only way you get NAT Type 1 on a Sony console. Otherwise if you have any Wifi router in the middle, NAT Type 2 will be all that you will ever see.
Might factory reset the router and set up from scratch. Don't enable anything and test with and with out QoS enabled.
Recommend ethernet connection for any console for gaming.
