I tried what was suggested and previous comments .still not getting geofilter
A factory reset will definitely fix it but try this:
Right click on the Devices Panel
Inspect Element
Click the little triangles
You should be able to see the named device, then rename it to this in device manager - see attached picture.
Otherwise factory reset will definitely fix.
