WiFi and Hardwire speed slow

What box are you using from frontier? (model)

Have you checked the cable? or replaced it?

Have you manually changed your speed settings in the xr500?

I have changed the cable same result. I changed the speed manually in qos and still had same speeds when i tested. The model number is FGO420

I couldn't find a thing when I looked for FGO420 from frontier. You sure its the model number?

    do you have it set to IPv4 or IPv6?
    The device you're testing from, the ethernet port that its plugged into on the router, what color is it?
