do you have it set to IPv4 or IPv6?
The device you're testing from, the ethernet port that its plugged into on the router, what color is it?
IPv4 IPv6 was disabled in router settings when i looked.
The cable going from my ont is plugged into the yellow port on the xr500 and the cable coming from the xr500 to my laptop is plugged into a black port
on the front of the xr500 is the led's displaying ethernet connections. numbers 1-4. the one your laptop is plugged into will either be white or amber.
try enabling ipv6. Not saying it'll work and if frontier is stricktly IPv4, you'll have to switch it back.
