Wireless devices not able to connect to router r6900v2

hello, today i ran into a random problem of wireless devices not being able to connect to my router, i went through 5-6 factory resets on both the gateway router and netgear router, they both have been set back up from scratch. I still am having connection issues, when i try to connect via my iphone or my girlfriends we get passwords incorrect even though we are using the correct password. We have changed the ssid and password 2 times now and rebooted and waited and still nothing connects wirelessly. I have absolutely no problems with my pc and ps4 they both seem to get an internet connection just fine through an ethernet cable but any wireless devices will not work.
