Worse "gaming" router I have ever owned
Router plays Russian roulette with all my devices. Randomly one device losses connection and can't find the router while all the rest stay connected. I typically have about 4 devices at a time connected with at most 10 at a time. Reseting the router doesn't fix it, restarting the device doesn't fix it. Completely random on which device it happens to. Can be playing ps5 no issue for a couple hours then the router disappears and ps5 can't find it bit all other devices are fine. Next day laptop just randomly can't find it.
All the issues are on 2.4ghz band, never have issues on the 5, but most devices are too far away for the 5 to work. Only fix I found is to go chance the security from WPA/WPA2 to WPA2/WPA3. I just keep switching between the 2 everytime a device can't find it. I've done so many power cycles, left everything off for 24+ hours, factory reset router, rolled back updates on the router but still keeps happening. Devices are MacBook, iPhone, s20, s22, 4 different tvs each a different brand, chromebook, 2 laptops, and a ps5. None are safe from randomly not being able to see the 2.4 signal

What model router do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
