X10 vs XR500
I just bought an X10 router 2 weeks ago. Its still possible to return based on the stores Christmas policy. Should I return and get theXR500 or am I better off with the X10?

My son want to buy an XR500. We already have the X10. The X10 is an excellent router. The best I owned so far. It manage two Xbox and two PS4 and never have problem with the ports.
I don’t see any benefit with the XR500. Still, he will buy it. He will pay for the router. The question is, can this two routers co-exists with one cable modem only? Will I be able to set either router on bridge mode? What about QoS? Which one should be in charge?
Thank you in advance for your suggestion.

I have a similar set up 1 cable modem to a switch from the switch to two different routers. The caviat is I pay Comcast an extra $5 a month for a second IP address. This way each router has its own NAT.
