Have you added all your friends to your allow list on the Geo-Filter and do you have an open NAT?
- How do you add in the geo filter setting?
- Invite them to your lobby and they will appear on the Geo-Filter map as an icon, click on it to ping and then in the ping panel on the bottom right of the page give it a name and click allow
