Hi Barrok - this happens because DSL reports uses port 80 to run their tests. Currently that is the only port not hardware accelerated by the router due to the blocking features in settings.
If you try speedtest.net you’ll see full speeds. We'll be implementing something in a future firmware to allow hardware acceleration on port 80.

Is my only solution to wait for an update? Is Port 80 something all browsers default to? What about steam or battle.net or Netflix. If they all use Port 80 then isn't this a pretty big deal?- Neither of those use port 80 for their main content (Google search will give you a list of the ports they use).
It shouldn’t affect you as most applications needing high bandwidth will use other ports. Let us know if you are having problems - but it shouldn’t impact you. - Hi Barok, I have sent you a PM.
