What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How are you connected to the router? Wired or wireless?

Was Congestion Control set to 'Always' when you ran this test?
Are all devices on the network connected to the XR500 or are some still connected to the upstream ISP router/modem?
What speeds do you expect to get from your ISP, are they approximately what you're seeing in Connection Benchmark?

Yep, no other device can connect to the other as its in bridgemode, so only possible connection is on netgear xr 500. Expect 200/200 and its just what im getting (201/202) in test. Very strange Ive tried adjusting the congestion within all ranges.Do you know if you require PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers for you connection? If so, are you able to have the upstream modem/router handle that and test if you're still having the same issue?
