XR 500 5g not showing as an option

After the firmware update my XR500 is not showing or broadcasting 5g as an available option. I have reset the router and modem, have tried everything

    By default Smart Connect for WiFi is enabled that combines 2.4/5GHz into one WiFi network to connect to. If you disable this you'll be able to see both and connect to either manually.
