XR-500/ CM-1000 Terrible Speeds

So I have an issue with my Brand New XR-500 Router and new CM-1000 Modem. My speeds have plummeted and I can't figure out why. Currently we are playing for 150Mbps Download and 10Mbps Upload with Sud...

Have you tried checking the cable? replacing it? 

or manually setting up the bandwidth setting in the XR500?
