xr 500 dashboard not working

I NEED HELP i factory reset my xr500 3 times i can get thru setting it up then boom my dashboard wont work and if i try and refresh or anything it just exits the dashboard and brings me to the netgear login page it works on my phone but not on my pc pls help

    I use MS Edge. Be sure to clear out browser caches before entering into the routers web page. 

    I recommend setting a new DHCP IP address pool range of .100 thru .200 on the router as well.
