I did as instructed but get a "connect request failed" when trying to send the firmware with CMD.
I am able to ping the device, and I have waited for a reboot and orange LED on power.

Did you set the static IP correctly on your ethernet adapter as well as ensuring you're in the right directory where the firmware file is?
