(XR 700 gaming router) Phone wifi connection

In theory, you should be able to have them all connect but what is the issue with them connecting exactly? I think you'd need to disable Smart Connect and have some use 2.4GHz and others use 5GHz. Do keep in mind this router is generally for household gamers not for a big office so I'm not sure how it'd function in this scenario.

That many devices, you may wan to get a Wifi extender to help off load some of the devices being connected to the router. A EX8000 would be first try. 

Placed out at 30 feet distances from the router.

 

FYI, the XR series is really not meant for a office or business environment. So it may not work well for your needs.
