XR1000 - can't access QoS options

First found this error a couple of nights ago - have attempted the described fix twice already (including retry at 5).
Last month I re-updated the firmware to 1.0.0.64_1.0.49 due to Device Manager issues and advice elsewhere on the forum.
Standard update seemed to do the job, although was prepped to attempt via TFTP if needed.
Now the QoS issue has appeared.
(Just this second checked back at the DM was full of offline devices - but thankfully 'remove' still works ok.)
Just to note - and reason I was drawn to check the QoS;
Speed test at the router is 939.4 Mbps, but all other device test are much less - currently 130.04Mbps
- Did you perform a factory reset after the update? If not that could be a potential reason. Did you try to set the bandwidth speeds to above 1000 Mbps? Could you clear your browser cache/cookies then refresh the page and see if it loads without error please? Are you using an Adblocker on your web browser?
Yes to factory reset, was advised as part of prior fix.
Bandwidth speeds set as per fresh setup recommendation after self speed test.
Browser wise - same results in Chrome and Edge. Also DumaOS iOS app on iPhone (n/a in Nighthawk app).
- I think unfortunately for this kind of error where it's not able to be removed by a reboot, refresh etc then a factory reset is the only course of action
