XR1000 - How to get public IP in double natted scenario

at that conclusion?

Two "public IP" addresses? What are they? Where are they?
None of that is a useful problem description. It does not say what
you want. It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened
when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their
actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful
than vague descriptions or interpretations.

I don't know what "that" is. I know nothing about your (unspecified)
"my old Router", or how you configured it. I know nothing about how you
configured the XR1000, or what about it doesn't satisfy you.
