Are you using wpa3? (try using wpa2)
what modem/gateway is it connected to?
Have you tried it with AX disabled on the 2.4gh?
- I have the router far enough from anything that could remotely even begin to cause any kind of interference. It's in the same exact spot my xfinity B7 was and it never had an issue. I'm not running anything like surveillance cameras or lights ect. The 2.4 ghz is set at wpa2 already and ax is enabled. My modem is a nighthawk cm2050v, from what I've been told, should be able to handle this router.
- What devices are you having the issues on specifically? For example, iOS devices have an option enabled by default that randomizes their MAC address and that can cause issues.
Judging by your comments you disabled Smart Connect is that right?
