XR1000 Bufferbloat until I cut network connection breifly
I have been having an issue with my Router for a while now. Been trying so many different things to get it back to where it was. So for testing I have Ping Plotter pinging a Dota 2 server near me....

It seems to me that you're being bombarded by connections from China which could well be causing the issue. Do you have a dynamic or static public IP address? If you have dynamic then I would unplug your modem for 10 minutes, then plug in, see if you get a different IP address and monitor whether the issues happen again

I have a static IP from my ISP

So I have gotten my static IP swapped. I am now not getting swamped by China IP's 60 requests a minute.
I will monitor this a little more before marking as solved. But so far the router isn't throttling the connection to my server randomly yet. So fingers crossed.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd No.
It has not solved it at all.
It is as if QoS just turns on and hard limits my server to 100mbps until I disrupt the service briefly.
I fully disabled QoS. But yet this shows up in the logs?
Using disabled(NOP) QoS subclass
