XR1000 Call of Duty

I bought a brand new Nighthawk XR1000 pro gaming router. I cannot connect to call of duty servers through battle.net. How do I resolve this issue? I have the latest firmware update. I spent an hour on the phone with customer support who also could not fix the problem. I contacted another IT service company who recommended I return the router and get a different brand. I would like for this one to work. Please help.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

     

    Is this on PC or game console?
