XR1000 cant connect to geofilter and pingmap

I am unable to access both the geofilter and ping heatmap. every other aspect of the browser and UI work fine but those two either try and load forever or produce the error message rapp wont load wait a minute. I am on version XR1000 1.0.0.64_1.0.49
Heres what ive tried from some other posts:
Setting the rapp retry limit to 5
Downgrading firmware to a few different versions
Using both Microsoft Edge and Chrome
Deleting cache and cookies
Hard resetting router

Which firmware versions did you try downgrading to out of interest?
Does rebooting the router temporarily resolve the issue?
- I had try the last two versions 58 and 52 I believe. Rebooting and waiting 2 mins didn't change anything.
- Are you using Armor at all? If so could you disable it, reboot, wait 2 minutes and then see if it loads correctly please?
