Have you tried disabling AX mode on the routers web page under Basic/Wireless Settings?
What channels are you using? 1, 6 or 11 is recommended.
Be sure the FW on the printer is up to date.
Contact Canon for additional help and information regarding there product.
Does the printer connect using ethernet wire cable to the router?
Are you using Smart Connect for WiFi as well? If so disable that so it only tries to connect to 2.4GHz.
I am not using Smart Connect. I did see that as a solution in another case.
