XR1000 dropping out every couple of hours *intermittent issue*

OK, so when it disconnects you're still able to access the DumaOS interface, is that correct?
Since factory resetting the XR, gone through and reserved IP addresses for each device suffering disconnections? Or did you do this prior to resetting?
All devices have a reserved address and all devices are remaining connected to the router when the internet connection disconnects on all devices simultaneously. I am able to access the DumaOS interface during the disconnects.
- Are the reserved IPs outside the DHCP range? It is important that they are otherwise the disconnects may still occur.
- Yes, I set DHCP to occur 50-254 and my devices are set to 2-49 range.
- Could you get the logs from the monitoring tab please when it happens and we can get a better idea of what is happening
