XR1000 Duma OS 3.0 Fails to load   http://192.168.1.1/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.desktop   Getting the following message:   "Missing JSON response."

What firmware version are you on? What web browser/device are you using to access it? Does it load any of the interface at all? Good advice above.

    Nighthawk XR1000

     

    FW Version: 1.0.0.58

     

    BTW - firmware was updated months ago and DumaOS was working fine. Just suddenly stopped working.

      Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

      This firmware was released recently so I suspect your XR1000 updated to it automatically.

       

      Could you please also confirm if you're able to access the interface via routerlogin.net?
