XR1000 dumaOS not loaded yet

Hi I have a XR1000 Router and when i try to log in with the 192.xxx.x.x it comes up with dumaOS not loaded yet. Can someone help? Firmware Version: V1.0.0.64_1.0.49

Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the XR1000s web page.
Try a different browser. I use MS Edge here.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Don't load any saved config files from backup. Just new install using MS Edge browser?
