Xr1000, DumaOS ping heatmap and connection benchmark not working
Ive been having issues with lag in game, when I went in to DumaOs the Heatmap wont let me ping, Ping isnt even an option for me to click its a dull red, connection benchmark loads but then does nothing been at this for about 3 hrs now. HELP ME!!!!! rebooted router, factory reset router, turned anything off in multiple browsing apps that could be causing the issue.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.What browser is being used? Try MS Edge or Firefox?
- Just to double check is the WAN/internet port of the XR connected to a LAN port on your ISP modem/router? Usually this happens when they haven't been connected together properly
