XR1000 Firmware update still waiting........
The firmware update was sent to Netgear in July, we have been waiting since the last update in April 2022, I am very disappointed in Netduma and Netgear. What makes anyone think these 2 companies can be trusted when they can't even take care of their premium products that their customers paid a lot of money for?

Not saying you can trust the 2 but netduma is a much smaller outfit and focused on one section of it versus netgear has to ensure compatibility with more products and underlying software. Its a little bigger challenge.
Not letting netgear off the hook as I feel they're really dropping the ball on that but its a little different perspective and organization.
- Is there a particular issue that you're having? There were some delays generally which wasn't anyone's fault. When we (Netduma) do an update it generally brings new features/designs and is a big step up in firmware that's why it takes longer to develop. It won't be far off now though.
