XR1000 firmware update stuck

Trying to update to latest firmware on new XR1000 so far I’ve waited for 45 minutes. Don’t want to interrupt the update but what my options?

What browser are you using? 

Using a wired PC and web browser to update the FW? 

It should have updated with in 1 minute and rebooted. 
Can you access the routers web page at all?

    Using Firefox, I can refresh and connect back to the router still says “updating firmware “
