We can't see your pictures until moderated, could you attach them directly or link to them? How did you disable QoS exactly? Can you unplug the PC from the hub please as that can draw bandwidth away from the router. How is the hub setup to pass traffic to the XR? Can you provide a screenshot of the table view of the Device Manager on the XR please?
