I'm getting the same problem. I noticed In the logs there an event that says, "No Dhcp Device Device file found". That's a problem. Also it says, "Giving up restarting". I've been having this pricked since the last update seemingly.
NikciD did you do factory reset after upgrading to the latest version? If not we always recommend doing so, if that doesn't resolve it could you provide a copy of the log file please when you're seeing those entries?
