Double check if you do have it by following the bottom of this guide: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
If you do have it then the only way to get an Open NAT with your existing provider is to purchase a public static IP from them. Otherwise the only other option would be to change ISP.

- Farhad47Apr 12, 2022AspirantHi i have tried the test its ping 30x but it says the first line with <1ms <1ms <1ms (then my ip)
But the other 29 says * * * instead of 1ms and then (request timed out.) under my ip is this cg nat?- Netduma-LiamApr 13, 2022NetDuma Partner
Are you connected directly to your ISP router/modem when doing this?
Can you google 'What's my IP' again and double check that the IP google returns is the same as the one you're running traceroute against?
If you purchase a static IP from your ISP, you shouldn't need to make and modifications in the XR1000 settings.
- Farhad47Apr 13, 2022AspirantYes i am ethernet and it says same thing first line is like this
1 <1ms <1ms <1ms 192.168.1
