How have you setup the Geo-Filter and QoS?
No Geo filter is set up but have Qos basic config, attached a screenshot
- You're not utilizing Congestion Control which is the feature that would help most in this situation. Switch it to Always or Auto and put the percentages to 70% for download and upload and see if it improves.

Thank s for the reply, i just updated my congestion control and also added my console maunally.
And checked with Bungie, they still refuse to remove the restrictions as shown on the pdf above because they still staying that my connection is not stable.
- You've still got Congestion Control set to 100% so it's not active until you reduce it. You don't need to set Bandwidth Allocation like that, gaming barely uses any, you can reset that. Have they got any useful information about why as there is nothing I can see indicating it's unstable.
