You've still got Congestion Control set to 100% so it's not active until you reduce it. You don't need to set Bandwidth Allocation like that, gaming barely uses any, you can reset that. Have they got any useful information about why as there is nothing I can see indicating it's unstable.

thanks for your reply, it reset the distribution + did auto setup and dragged towards 80% download and upload.
btw can you tell please tell me what is the optimal settings here ?
- There is no one size fits all setting as every connection is different. 80% is a good starting point but it's worth experimenting with those values if you feel the connection can still be improved.
